Arch. Godson Ehiabhi Ogbebor

Chairman & CEO

Arch. Godson Ehiabhi Ogbebor is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of HQ Nigeria Ltd. He provides strategic direction and oversight for both the company's Nigerian and Italian operations. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Architecture from the Università degli Studi di Roma, Italy, and has completed specialized training across Europe in construction management, solar power systems, and advanced engineering. His architectural designs have been featured in prestigious Italian publications including Vetrina and Casabella — among Italy's most respected architecture journals. With over 40 years of professional experience spanning Italy and Nigeria, Arch. Ogbebor previously served as Principal Partner at GP & Associati SRL in Rome (1989–1997) before founding HQ Nigeria Ltd in 2001. He is widely recognized for delivering complex, high-quality, design-led projects that consistently exceed client expectations.

Enrico Cicillini

Chief Electrical Engineer

Enrico Cicillini is the Chief Electrical Engineer at HQ Nigeria Ltd, responsible for overseeing all electrical design and implementation across the company's projects in Nigeria and Italy. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Roma, and has completed advanced training in security systems and smart home automation using modern ICT technologies. With over 40 years of professional experience, Enrico has led electrical and energy systems for large-scale construction, power, and smart automation projects across two countries. His technical mastery, combined with a strong focus on safety and innovation, ensures that every electrical installation HQ Nigeria Ltd delivers is reliable, efficient, and future-ready.

Adaese Vanessa Katchy

Director, Finance & Projects

Adaese Vanessa Katchy serves as HQ Nigeria Ltd's Finance & Projects Director, leading financial strategy, project execution, and operational excellence across the company. A distinguished finance and business professional, she holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Leicester where she graduated as the Best Student in her cohort and a degree in Accounting from the University of Calabar. She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI, UK) and is registered with both CIMA and PMI. She has personally led construction, infrastructure, and energy projects exceeding $15 million in value, and previously headed Corporate Banking for the Abuja Region at a major Nigerian financial institution. Her combination of financial acumen and project management expertise provides HQ Nigeria Ltd with a uniquely strong commercial backbone.
